Does KidsPlayTimer block my child's phone?

No. KidsPlayTimer helps you agree on and record screen time. You start the timer yourself and follow your agreement together. Other apps and devices are not blocked.

Does my child need their own phone?

No. You can manage everything from your parent account. A separate child view on a shared tablet or another device is optional.

Does the timer keep running when I close KidsPlayTimer?

Yes. The end time is saved. When you open KidsPlayTimer again, you see the current status. Closing the page does not pause the timer.

Can I limit bonus time?

Yes. You can set how much bonus time can be used each day and how much the bonus bank can hold. Saved minutes do not automatically override your daily limits.

Does every chore need a reward?

No. You can create chores with no reward, bonus minutes, stars or both.

Can more than one parent take part?

Yes. Adults use their own accounts and share the same time balances and approvals.

What happens after the 30 days?

On day 31 we charge the plan you chose, using the payment details you gave at the start. Cancel any time before that and nothing is taken. We remind you three days beforehand.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → Subscription in the parent area. You can keep using all features until the end of your paid period.

Do I have to give payment details to try it?

Yes. The 30 free days start once your payment details are stored, and the first payment follows when they end. That is also why you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days — the contract is concluded when you start, not on day 31.

Open KidsPlayTimer in your browser or add it to your home screen. Your agreements and timers stay in sync. You can enable reminders on supported devices.

Open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. Then open KidsPlayTimer from its new icon and enable reminders.
