What you are withdrawing from

The paid KidsPlayTimer Family subscription. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you subscribed. We refund any payment already made within 14 days of your declaration, using the same means of payment.

Withdrawal undoes the contract from the start. If you only want it to stop renewing, cancelling is the shorter way:
